This property is located in Blue Ridge Plaza, 952 Highway 5 North in Benton, AR.  It is approximately 1/10 of a mile from Benton's newest shopping center which includes Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, TJ Max and other name brand stores.  Interstate 30 runs in front of the shopping center, Highway 5 N runs on the back side of the shopping center.  We are located on the Highway 5 N side.  Highway 5 N is a high traffic area.

Take Interstate 30 to Benton and take exit 121, Alcoa Road.  If you are coming from Little Rock, turn right when you get to Zaxby's, putting you on Alcoa Road.  If you are coming from Malvern, go over the overpass, this will put you on Alcoa Road.  Go to the red light and turn left onto Highway 5.  Go approximately .7 mile.  Blue Ridge Plaza is on the left.
